Eric was born December 1, 1992 in Fort Worth, Texas to Steve and Anne Gonzales. He received his Associates degree from Tarrant County College in 2015. He graduated from the police academy in April of 2016 and has been a member of the Fort Worth Police Department ever since.
Eric took great pride in being a Fort Worth Police officer. He had an infectious personality, always joking around and had a positive impact on all those who came in contact with him. He enjoyed video games, spending time with his family and two dogs, Nala and Daisy
Survivors: Eric is survived by his father, Steve; mother, Anne; brother, Thomas; sister-in-law, Samantha; niece, Isabella; nephew, Anthony; girlfriend, Laura; grandmothers, Rosenda and Teresa, and numerous other family members.
