Harry was a son of Horace T and Caroline V (Frankenfield) Atkinson. He was the husband of Pearl (Kirk) Atkinson. They were married on February 15, 1919 at the home of William Bone (who was the pastor of The Newtown Presbyterian Church) He was a lifelong farmer. For many years he farmed for other farmers in Bucks County. He brought his own farm in Wrightstown Twp. Bucks County, PA. He died at age 92.
