Sandra Rose Hutchinson went to be with the Lord on June 27, 2020 at the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative and Hospice Care in Lebanon, NH. She was born August 5, 1941 in Lebanon, NH the daughter of William and Vera (Packard) Guyer.

She graduated from Hartford High School in 1960 where she was an outstanding athlete playing basketball, softball and field hockey. Following graduation she began her studies at the Mary Hitchcock School of Nursing in Hanover, NH. She then began a long and successful nursing career at Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in Hanover. She later worked at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in White River Jct. where she worked until retiring.

She was married to Dean Hutchinson, October 5, 1966 at the White River Methodist Church. They made their home on Mack Avenue in West Lebanon where she resided the rest of her life. Dean died June 2, 2013.

Sandy and Dean loved to go to auctions and shop for antiques. She also enjoyed trips to Foxwoods Resort in Massachusetts.

She was predeceased by her husband and a nephew, Mark Mackay.

Sandy is survived by her daughter, Lucinda Smith of Vermont; four grandchildren, Tony, Jedediah, Elias and Rylee; two sisters, Patricia A. Lavalette and husband Don of West Lebanon, NH, Carolyn E. Robinson of Marion, IL; sister-in-law, Louis Woodward and husband Allyn of Wellesley MA; nieces, Debbie Smith, Darlene Mackay, Sherri McMahon and great nieces and nephews, Jessica Fulton, Daniel Fulton, Mariah Hill and Bryan Robinson and close friends Marilyn and Larry White of White River Jct., VT

Her burial will be in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Due to Covid 19 guidelines anyone wishing to attend the cemetery service is asked to bring their umbrella in the case of rainy weather to meet social distancing requirements.
