Mrs Dorothy L Richards Connor, 67, of 70852 US 52 South, died Sunday evening at Naples, Florida. Mrs Connor and her husband resided during the winter months at Imperial Bonita Springs, Florida.
Born at Lafayette, she had been a life resident of this area. She had worked as a housekeeper for the Jacob Singer family.
In 1928 she was married to John Glen Connor, who is a retired plant superintendent at Alton Box Co. And also a self-employed building contractor.
Surviving with the husband are a son, Jack L Connor of Lafayette; one brother, Gordon Richards of Lafayette; and two sisters, Mrs Mary Miller and Mrs Wilbur (Jean) Tyrie, both of Lafayette. The body will be returned to Lafayette for service and burial.
