Victoria Rose DeOrian, known by most if not all as "Tory" , first shined her bright light in to the world on November 5th, 1991 in Berkeley, California. Her sun set on Saturday, October 14th, 2017, but will shine on forever in our hearts.

Tory attended St. David Elementary School, graduating in 2005, and graduated from Salesian High School College Preparatory in 2009. Tory is a graduate of California State University, East Bay, 2012, with a B.S. in Graphic Design, and also proudly holds a certificate from the University of California, San Diego Children's Book Writing and Illustration Program. Tory was also a graduate of the Walt Disney College Program in 2012, with a Certificate in Creativity and Innovation , and The Art of Makeup in 2015 in Portland, Oregon , with a certificate in Pro Makeup Artistry. Tory was passionate about and proud of her work with special needs students at California State University, East Bay. She affectionately called her students her "ducklings".

Tory was a vibrant, beaming girl who lit up every room she walked in to. She loved to design and create, and has spent her life filling the world with her beautiful art. She lived by a simple rule, and that was to be positive and be kind. Her favorite quote was "Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air.'" by Ralph Waldo Emerson. She lived by the words "drink the wild air" .

She touched the hearts of everyone she encountered with her loving spirit. She lives on in the magnificent creations of art she produced throughout her life.

She leaves behind her mother, Annemarie Reynolds, father Michael DeOrian, Sr.,, step father Ray Reynolds, step mother Barbara Sundahl , brother and best friend Michael DeOrian, Jr., step brother Brian Reynolds, her sweet heart Danny Weingart, and countless family and friends whom she loved dearly.

We love you, Tory and one day we will see you again but until then we know your light will continue to brighten our world. Thank you for being our Tory and for letting us all be a part of your world.

Visitation will be held at Wilson and Kratzer Civic Center Chapel at 455 24th St., Richmond, Ca., from 4:00pm- 8:00pm Tuesday, October 24th. Tory's life will be celebrated at St. David's Parish Catholic Church, 5641 Esmond Ave., Richmond at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 25th. Internment following at St. Joseph's Cemetery, San Pablo, CA. A reception will follow at St. David School's Rose Mellow Hall.
