Wesley Helms Acuff
October 15, 2020:

Wesley Helms Acuff, age 61, of Bulverde, Texas, formally of Booneville, Missouri, passed away at his son's home in Oak Grove, Missouri, following a long battle with cancer.

Funeral services for Wesley will be held at First Christian Church in Booneville, Missouri on Saturday, October 17, at 11:00am with Pastor Roger McMurry officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.

Wesley was born June 29, 1954, in Trenton, Missouri, the son of Billy Francis and Anna Ruth (McGee) Acuff. He graduated from Booneville High School and later received his Dental Technician Degree which was his career until 2009, at which time he became parts dealer for John Deere Company until his death.

He lived at Lake of the Ozarks for many years, then moved to Texas for the past two years. He enjoyed the outdoors hunting, fishing and wild like photography.

Wesley was preceded in death by his parents.

Wesley is survived by his son, Richard Acuff (Lisa) of Oak Grove, Missouri; daughter, Rachel Acuff of Blue Springs, Missouri; siblings, Dallas Acuff of Columbia and Erin Acuff and Austin Newman.
