Dorothy was president of the Murrieta Town Hall Association for many years and she and her husband John were instrumental in building the Murrieta Community Center on Juniper St. in 1981 .

Dorothy was one of the founders of the "Friends of the Murrieta Library" which shortly thereafter led to the creation of the Murrieta Library. Dorothy is survived by her husband John and her son Jerry.

Dorothy was president of the Murrieta Town Hall Association for many years and she and her husband John were instrumental in building the Murrieta Community Center on Juniper St. in 1981 .
