Douglas Allen Van Divner, Jr., age 23, of Hibbs, PA, passed away accidentally on Thursday, June 6, 2019.
He was born in Uniontown on August 24, 1995 a son of Douglas Allen Van Divner, Sr. and Carol Horabik VanDivner.
In addition to his parents Doug is survived by his siblings: Dustin Van Divner, Dalton Van Divner, Caylee Van Divner; great grandmother, Mahalah Van Divner; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; very special friend, Robin Weimer.
Doug was preceded in death by maternal grandparents: Andrew Sr. and Carol Eicher Horabik; paternal grandparents: Dallas, Jr. and Sheila Sellers Van Divner.
Doug was a 2012 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School.
Doug’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA where Prayers of Transfer will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St Francis of Assisi R. C. Church (Footedale Worship Site) with Father William G. Berkey, Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
