Imogene Borin Eller Allman Hill Cantrell Millsaps, age 93, of Tellico Plains, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at her residence surrounded by family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Nick and Bessie Rogers Borin; husbands, Joseph A. Eller, John Luther Allman, George W. Hill, Emmett S. Cantrell; grandson, Clifton Ellis; great-grandson, Mihkail Aiden Wakefield; brothers, Ronald E. Borin, Arvil L. Borin, Homer A. Boring, Robert C. Ervin, Ben H. Ervin, and Luther B. Ervin; and step- son, Billy Cantrell.
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Millsaps; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn Ann Eller and Troy L. Heaton of Tellico Plains, Elizabeth Sue Eller and Daniel Boone of Maryville and Marion Dale Allman and Douglas A. Ellis of Tellico Plains; sons and daughter-in-law, Tommy L and Elizabeth Ann Helms Allman of Brentwood and Johnny W. Allman of Tellico Plains; step-children, Charles Lee and Joyce Hill of VA, George W. and Donna Hill of Maryville; step-daughter-in-law, Barbara Allmond Cantrell of Tellico Plains; sister-in-law, Robbie Peals Boring of S.C.; twenty four grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; forty-six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Myers Funeral Home. An hour of musical remembrance and celebration will follow the visitation. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 29 at 10:00 AM at Brown Hill Church, where Imogene was a member with Rev. Sam Melton officiating. The service will conclude with a white dove release.
