Daegen died Sunday, July 17, 2005, at home of acute myeloid leukemia.
He was born Jan. 25, 2001, in Topeka, the son of Lance and Janelle Feyh. They survive, of the home.
Daegen was a member of Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church in Topeka.
He was the subject of several newspaper stories and was included in a nationwide campaign for Target House at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. He also will be honored during the Sept. 22 Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society.
Survivors include his parents, of the home; a sister, Alexa Feyh, of the home; his grandparents, Tim and Carol Deghand, and Jim and Kathy Feyh, all of Topeka; and Jane Landmark, Lawrence; and great-grandparents Bobbie Pogany, Topeka and Bill and Betty Bosze, of Lawrence.
