He was a farmer and lived all his life in the San Gabriel area. Member of San Gabriel Baptist Church since early manhood. Preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothy Fulcher and son, J.B. Fulcher who was killed in WW-2; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
