"Mrs. Annette Zippi, Dickson City, died Thursday in Mid-Valley Hospital, Peckville. She was the widow of Angelo Zippi, who died in 1971.
Born in Dickson City, daughter of the late Martin and Barbara Shopkowski Killian, she was employed as a licensed practical nurse in the Thompson Private Hospital, Scranton, before retiring.
She was a graduate of Dickson City High School, and a member of St. Marys Visitation Church, Dickson City.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Bartkowski, Dickson City; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson.
The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Frank Mazur Funeral Home, 519 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with Mass at 10 in St. Marys Visitation Church. Interment, parish cemetery. Friends may call today, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m."
