Charles Dennis "Denny" Adams, 71, of Murray, Kentucky passed away 10:27 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at Continue Care Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. He was a former resident of Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Chay Adams, Travis O'Neal, Timmy Kopriva, Wayne Fields, Gabe Sullivan and Joe Damons.

Denny was born May 3, 1948, in Martin, son of the late Charles Lacy and Mary Nell (Garner) Adams. He married Stacie (Damons) Adams March 3, 1993. She survives. Denny had been the owner and operator of the former Adams Brothers Body Shop & Wrecker Service in South Fulton, served as a Graves county constable, Wingo, Kentucky police office and Fulton County special deputy and was of the Baptist faith.

He is also survived by four daughters, Rhonda Linkous (Jeff) of Rogersville, Shannon O'Neal (Travis) of South Fulton, Lauren Lockhart of Lynnville, Kentucky and Stephanie Adams of Springville; three sons, Charles Turner of Rogersville and Steven Adams and Bubba Adams both of South Fulton; one brother, Dan Adams (Cindy) of Mulvane, Kansas; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Sue Adams.
