Julia Duncan 93 of Green Valley, Wv was born March 26, 1925 at Est Lynn, WV a daughter of the late Albert and Berdie Thomas Adams. She departed this life on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at McLeod Hospice in Florence, SC.

She attended the Accoville Methodist Church and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary #8412. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children John E. Duncan, Sr., 2 infant children; Dorothy Mae and Tommy Lee Duncan, son John Edward Duncan, Jr., grandsons; Johnny Duncan and James Frye, brothers; Lionel, Oscar, Clarence, and Oakey Adams, and sisters; Margaret Stevens, Pansy Compton, Eva Dale, Dorothy Bias, and Betty Ward.

Survivors include her children; Judy (Ken) Frye of Stollings, WV, Charles (Sherry) Duncan of Accoville, WV, Terri (Danny) Jenkins of Kannapolis, NC, Tammy (Robert) Humphries of Darlington, SC, Theresa (Bill) Hudson of West Hamlin, WV, and George Duncan also of Accoville, grandchildren; Kenny Ray, Crystal, Amy, Bobby, DeeDee, Sabrina, Melissa, Terry 'Spanky', Chad, Kendra, Cody, and Amber, step-grandchildren; Adam and Sherrie, and a host of great grandchildren, great-greatgrandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville, WV with Rev. P.J. Tomblin and Terry Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill, WV.

Friends may call from 1:00 PM till 2:00 PM Friday at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville
