Cheyenne was a rambunctious girl as a puppy. She would play with her mate Chief all the time. She would crawl on the floor to him so he could clean her ears. She never had an ear infection while Chief was alive. Cheyenne was a mother to 1 litter of 10 pups.

Like Linus and his blanket Cheyenne had her own little woobie (a small round pillow) (which was actually the bottom of the bed of the chihuahuas). She was an inside pet, but when outside she was very protective of her yard. She brought a few rabbits, squirrels and birds to her owners. She and Chief would chase opossum up trees. She was also very protective of her owners. She would run the fence with the horses.

Sadly though one day she was walking slow and had her head low. She usually did that when she got a stomach bug or something but it only lasted a day or two. But this lasted longer and figured maybe she did something that surgery or medicine would fix. Not a chance. The MRI discovered she had a tumor on her spine. It was inoperable and she was given a month to live. She lasted 2 1/2 months but started to deteriorate as was expected. She is now no longer in any pain or discomfort. She will be missed and she was loved dearly.
