Walter A. Aurand, of Stratford, NJ, died on July 14, 2007 at the age of 90 yrs. Beloved companion of Eleanor Bergan. Dear father of: Rita Aurand of Asbury Park, NJ, Walter E. Aurand of Sewell, NJ, and the late Eugene Aurand. Loving brother of Dolores Stead of FL. Walt is also survived by: 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Walt worked as a Control Operator for 40 years at DuPont, Gibbstown, NJ. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and will be sadly missed by his family. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church St., Blackwood, NJ 08012, where a memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM.
