OBITUARY:Mrs. Nettie Asher, 89, Newcomerstown Route 3, died Wednesday at 2 p.m. at County Memorial Hospital following an illness of several months. She was born Nov. 4, 1874 in Guernsey County to William R. and Telena Little Alloway. Her husband, George W. Asher, died March 23, 1930. Five brothers are also deceased. Services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Ourant funeral home in Newcomerstown by Rev. Edwin Eshelman. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel cemetery south of Newcomerstown.
