Born in New Haven, Connecticut, on October 29, 1930, he was the son of the late Lester and Ethel Lord, Sr.
He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.
Lester was a salesman for Hyde’s RV and Boats in Rexford for many years.
He enjoyed fishing and playing golf. He was an avid NY Giants fan. Lester also enjoyed playing basketball at the YMCA.
He was predeceased by his wife Josephine Lord, son Edward Lord and his sisters Joan Amarone and Judy Merola. Lester is survived by his daughters Sherrie Lord and Andrea Lord; his stepsons Garrett Trerise (Donna) and Crim Trerise (Elizabeth); fiancé Alice Whitaker; grandchildren Victoria Trerise, Helen Leet, Dylan Trerise, Colin Trerise, and Madeline Trerise; brothers Robert Lord and Jay Lord; beloved niece Jacqueline Amarone-DeLucia; and several other nieces and nephews.
