Walter Morris Justice, age 77, of Knoxville, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was a member of Washington Pike United Methodist Church where he had served as an usher and a trustee. After 43 years work with KUB, he had retired as Accounts Supervisor. Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Mary Eleanor Irick Justice and a son, Michael Scott Justice. He was a loving father and grandfather to his surviving daughter and son-in-law, Beckye and Robert M. Thomas of Knoxville; son and daughter-in-law, Walter M. Justice 11 and Betina L. Justice of Chattanooga; grandson, Brandon R. Thomas; step brothers and sisters, John Andrew Justice, V111, Marilyn J. Loy, and Charlotte Justice; special brother-in-law, Joe R. Irick, Jr; and special friend, Margaret Scoonover. Family and friends will meet at the W. Adair entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery 1:45 P.M. Sunday for a 2:00 P.M. graveside with Rev. Robert T. Cantrell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Washington Pike United Methodist Church, Organ Fund, 2241 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN 37917. The family will received friends 4-7 P.m. Saturday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
