Eudora — Services for Brice ``Tiny'' Allen Sr., 75, Lawrence, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Eudora Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in the Eudora Cemetery, with military graveside services by the Dorsey-Liberty Post 14 of the American Legion.
Mr. Allen died Friday, Feb. 27, 1998, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
He was born Nov. 11, 1922, in Bluejacket, Okla., the son of Hugh and Bertha Moss Allen.
He was a longtime resident of Lawrence. He worked as a custodian in the housing department at Kansas University and in the water department at Hercules Inc.
He served during World War II in the U.S. Marine Corps. He attended the Eudora Assembly of God Church.
He married M. Ellen Mason on Jan. 18, 1972, in Eudora. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include two daughters, Nancy Taylor, Lawrence, and Kandie Koehler, Baldwin; two sons, Roy and Sonny, Lawrence; a stepdaughter, Carol Lehner, Wichita; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Warren-McElwain Mortuary, Lawrence.
The family suggests memorials to the Eudora Assembly of God Church, sent in care of the mortuary.
