Brian is the son of Diane and Larry Biggs, the family resided in Spokane, Washington, where Brian graduated from Lewis And Clark H. S.-Class of 1983. Brian was self-employed. He is survived by his daughter, Hailee Biggs, adopted daughter, Oceauna Marrie David, a niece Makayla Loree Kuki, and a cousin Sky Glass.
