Logan Michael Turner, age 30, of Miamisburg, Ohio was stolen from our lives way too soon on Sunday August 4, 2019. Logan was born July 30, 1989 to Danita Turner and Michael Turner. Logan grew up in Springboro , was a 2008 graduate of Springboro High School and was an offensive lineman for the varsity football team. Logan was well known in the Springboro community, having been an employee/manager at Campioni’s, a popular local pizzeria for many years, and a bartender at The Barrel (formerly The Whiskey Barrel), a well-known establishment for eating, drinking and socializing. Logan loved his job at Thaler Machine Company where company president Greg Donson said Logan was a rising star. Logan is survived by his father, Michael (Kathy Wagner) Turner and mother, Danita (Bill Wood)Turner; an extended family of paternal grandmother Christine “Mamaw” Wuebben, Uncle Kenneth (Amanda)Turner and their daughter Jessica (Jared) Gilstrap and son Ethan, and Aunt Susan Scherbauer. Other family members include Brad (Melissa) Wagner and their son Andrew (Graycen) Wagner and their children Austin, Landon, Avery. Logan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Boyd Turner.

Logan is also survived by his maternal grandmother Veronica “Nana” Lennon, grandfather Lloyd “Paps” (Betty Pennington) Edwards and Uncle Bryan Edwards. Logan is also mourned by the love of his life, Molly Hinton, and hundreds of great friends including Mason, Michael, Travis and Billy. Logan was preceded in death by Veronica Lennon’s husband, Brad Lennon of Melbourne, Florida.

Logan loved his family, loved his friends, loved his job and loved Molly. He touched many lives and leaves many friends to mourn and celebrate his life. The world will be a sadder place without his contagious smile, engaging personality and happy-go-lucky way! A visitation for Logan will be held Friday, August 9, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH. A funeral ceremony will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the same location. Burial will be immediately following at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
