Audra Virginia Lambert (Booth)
February 2, 1933 - October 10, 2016
Mrs. Audra Virginia Booth Lambert, age 83, a resident of Ridgeview Hill Road in Jane Lew but more recently of Crestview Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation at Jane Lew, departed this life Monday October 10, 2016 in the care facility following a period of declining health.
She was born February 2, 1933 at Barbour County, WV, a daughter of the late Hayward and Alice Ware(sic) Booth. On May 27, 1949 she was united in marriage to Ira James Lambert, who preceded her in death 1999.
She is survived by one son; David Lambert of Jane Lew, one granddaughter; Erica Lambert of Clarksburg, and one great grandson; Nathan Hardy.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one son; Dennis Lambert, one daughter; Joyce Smooze, one Daughter-in-law; Joann Lambert, and one granddaughter; Dana Kapp.
Audra attended the schools of Barbour County and was a homemaker. She was a Protestant by faith. She loved her family and looked forward to each and every visit from them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A graveside service will be conducted from the Trinity Cemetery near Belington on Thursday October 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Jimmie E. Tallman officiating. Interment will then follow.
