"Jeffrey R. Rice, age 61, of Toledo, OH, died unexpectedly on March 16, 2016. He was born on November 4, 1954, to Bernard D. Rice and Dorothy A. (Rice) Setmire. He was kind, friendly, funny, compassionate and a good son and brother. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy A. Setmire, of Florida; brothers, David L. (Diane) Rice, of Temperance, MI and Darrel L. Rice, of Toledo, OH; sister, Susan F. (Sam) Rice, of New Orleans, Louisiana; lifelong dear friend and companion, Donna Weddle, of Holland, OH; and a host of family and friends. A memorial in celebration of his life will be held at a future date."
