Obituary: Mark Kenneth Lowery was a 1966 graduate of Fairfield High in Fairfield, Jefferson County, Alabama. He was a USAF vet and he retired after over 20 years as a butcher, most recently with Sam's Club Hoover, Alabama. Mark was an avid Alabama Football fan, enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing with his late brother, Phillip Lowery. In addition to his brother, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Laura Gaddy Lowery.
He is survived by his son, Scott Lowery; brother, Ron Lowery; sister, Gale Lowery Hendon; nephews, James Hendon, and Wade Hendon; nieces, Kim Lowery Jones and Kristi Lowery, Rhonda Hendon Morgan, Patricia Hendon Mangina; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
