Born in Buchanan County, she was the daughter of John Hurley, Jr. (Deceased) and Mervil "Pauline" Church-Hurley (1931-2000) of Grundy. She was preceded in death by a sister; maternal grandfather, Harvey Church (1912-1973); and paternal grandmother, Vicy Hurley (Deceased).
Survivors include her daughters, Crystal Gail Hurley and Cassandra Elaine Bailey of the home; sister, Nina Jean Hurley-Justice & husband Larry Justice of Hurley, VA; brothers, Dana Lee Hurley of Wise, VA, Ricky Junior Hurley of Grundy, Darrell Glenn Hurley of Oakwood, VA, and Gary Dean Hurley of Enoree, SC; maternal grandmother, Bertha "Berthie" Ward-Church (1910-1998) of Grundy; paternal grandfather, Johnson Hurley of Big Rock, VA
The funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of God at Stacy, VA, with the Rev. Orvin Thacker and the Rev. Hufiord Rife officiating. Burial will follow in McClanahan Cemetery at Stacy.
