September 21, 1944 - June 1, 2019

Mr. William George “Bill” Anthony, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Saturday, June 01, 2019, at the age of 74.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019, at 3:00 PM, at East Tallassee Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating.

Mr. Anthony is survived by his soul mate, Nicholene B. (Nicky) Walton; children, Christopher Michael Anthony and Terry Wayne Anthony

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramona Estella Neumann Anthony and George Konstantine Anthony.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 2:00 PM until service time, at East Tallassee Methodist Church. Memorial donations may be made to Community Hospice Care, 805 Friendship Rd., Tallassee, AL, 36078.

Dixie is a darker and sadder place today for those of us who care about Southern heritage and the Southern way of life. The Alabama Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the Confederate community at large have lost their Stonewall Jackson.
