Mrs. Doris Hauser Fulmer, 72, of Augusta, GA. died December 21, 2005, Mrs. Fulmer was a native of Winston Salem, N.C., having made Augusta her home for the past 40 years. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served as the organist and was involved in genealogy work. Mrs. Fulmer was a graduate of Merideth College and retired as a Registered Nurse from University Hospital. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Lee Preston Fulmer, Jr. Survivors include three daughters, Bonnie Mears, St. Simons, Ga., Laura Carroll, Augusta, and Julia Johnson, Evans; a brother, Paul Hauser, Nashville, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Edward Carroll, Brandon Chapman, Tiffany Dukes, Jason Dukes, Lindsey Johnson and Amanda Johnson; two step-sons, Gary Fulmer, Augusta, and Tilden Fulmer, Little Rock, Ark.
