McDANIELS - Elmer R. Geary, 87, of McDaniels died Monday, Dec. 19, 2005, at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville. He retired as an inspector from Western Electric Co. and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Alma Carroll Geary; two daughters, Lois Geary and Mary Hurst; and three sisters, Edna Land, Mildred Thomasson and Loretta Fergusson.

Services: 11:30 a.m. EST Thursday at Fern Creek Funeral Home in Louisville. Burial: Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation: From noon to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. EST Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions: Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville Inpatient.
