She is the mother of two children: James Henry Jr. and Bridget (Mrs Patrick J. O'Hare). Margaret and James immigrated to the United States circa 1840 and purchases a farm in Lee County, Illinois south of the community of Amboy. Margaret's father lived with her and James and shares a burial lot.
