PREGNANT Birmingham mum-of-two was found dead by her husband three days before she was due to give birth to the baby boy they both longed for.Tragic Jemma-Louise Adams, aged 22, a full time housewife from Stechford, was discovered by her distraught husband Troy.He told today how he desperately tried in vain to wake Jemma after finding her unconscious and lifeless at their flat in Meadway.Budding musician Troy, aged 32, said: "Jemma was an angel who changed my life as soon as we met."She loved her kids and everyone loved her. I don't know how I will go on without her."He said the night before she died, Jemma had visited family and friends. With their children, Bethany, aged four and Codie, aged 20 months, fast asleep in their room, she watched TV with Troy before falling asleep.Troy, who married former Ninestiles School pupil, Jemma, at Solihull Register Office three years ago, said: "I tucked her up and turned off the light and thought nothing more of it."In the morning I tried to wake her but she didn't respond. I rushed round to a neighbour's because I just didn't know what to do and I was really freaked out."We came straight back in but all we could do was cover her up and wait for an ambulance to arrive. Both baby Bray and Jemma were dead before paramedics got to the flat and there was nothing they could do."Now I have to tell our two kids that mommy went to sleep but never woke up again."It's really hard for me but at the moment we are all just focusing on looking after the kids and staying strong."Jemma had a few heart palpitations during pregnancy but doctors told me that this wasn't the cause of death. Not knowing why my angel died makes it so tough to get on with our lives."
