Abigail Denny was the daughter of Jacob Denney and Esther Cronk. The information I have has her born in Philipstown, Putnam county. There doesn't seem to be a choice for that, so I chose Putnam Valley (which was the place of birth listed in her obituary) Per the internment records at Oak Woods cemetery, she is buried with her husband Newton J. Griffin, although he is the only one who has a headstone. The records clearly indicate that she is also there and that it is a double grave.
The daughter of Abigail and Newton was Mary Emily Griffin, my great grandmother.
