Indira Shellaine Baker Boyle, 53 years of age, of Coffeeville, MS passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS from mass organ failure following a recent diagnosis of terminal cancer. With her husband and her sister at her side, she left this world peacefully, although much too soon. Shellaine had a very close & personal relationship with her Lord Jesus Christ, and she enjoyed spending every morning with Him without fail. She loved to travel whenever time permitted and her favorite traveling companions were her 2 shih-tzu fur babies & her husband. During her younger years, she was known for being a social butterfly, not able to go anywhere without running into at least one person she knew. Many will attest to her favorite hobby - talking, and she rarely ran out of things to talk about. During her later years she had quietened down a lot and she spent the last 10 years of her life peacefully growing closer to her God. She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Quinton Boyle of Coffeeville, MS; her father Louis Baker of Ellisville, MS, her loving step-mother Gail Baker of Ellisville, MS; two brothers, Bob Baker (Kelly Jo), and Kelly Baker, one sister, Regina Sims; three children, Joshua Gavin (Lisandra), Abbey Gavin Smith (Josh), & Alex Gavin; and two grandchildren, Litzy Gavin & Gavin Smith. She is preceded in death by her mother Carol Martin, and older brother Glen Steven Baker, and her baby brother Brian Baker.
Shellaine will be missed by all that knew her and the world is not nearly as bright without her in it. Her contagious smile and bright sparkling eyes were so big they can barely be contained in our memories. You will never be forgotten my love, my friend, my wife.
Special thanks to the ICU staff at BMH in Oxford for their patient & caring nature during the last 2 weeks of her life. Thank you!
