She was a 1976 graduate of Warwick High School and a 1981 graduate of Virginia State University. Toni is survived by her parents James and Juanita Anthony, Sr.; her brothers, James Anthony, Jr. (Sabrina) and Adrell Anthony and a host of family and friends.
