The son of the late Frederick Fiske Proctor Sr and Mrs Mary Dowling Proctor. He was a former resident of Guilderland, New York, where he was district representative for Standard Brands. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection.
Surviving is his wife, Mrs Orpha Michalson Proctor of Surfside Beach.
The funeral will be at 11:30a.m. Wednesday from The Church of the Resurrection, with the Rev. Frank W. Pisani officiating. Burial, directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
