Chad Eric Adkins age 38 of McCreary County, Kentucky, passed from this life on April 28, 2019 in Piedras Negras, Mexico.

He was born on May 1, 1980 in Detroit Michigan, to Glad Adkins and E. Katherine Ross. After the sudden death of his father, Chad was raised by his dad, Walt Singleton.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elige and Truey Ross.
Surviving family include his parents, Walt and Katherine; a son, Liam Eric Adkins; and a brother, Todd Ross and wife, Lorilee. Many extended family and friends also survive.

Chad was always the life of the party. He enjoyed nothing more than making people laugh and smile. He was very family oriented and loved spending time with his friends and family. Chad also enjoyed traveling, especially to Texas and Mexico. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

In keeping of Chad's wishes, he was cremated. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. at the Cumberland Falls. The family wishes all who will and can to come share memories and stories of Chad.
