Troy was known as a very religious man. He loved woodworking, fishing and gardening. He also enjoyed reading western stories and watching the Carolina Tarheels and Carolina Panthers play ball. He also cared for his little canine companion “Tifa”.
Troy is survived by two children, Karen B. Rogers and Tonya B. Pittman (Ronnie); his siblings, Earl Bailey (Ruthann), Joann Bailey, Zane Bailey, Barbara Loftis (Richard), Joyce B. Morgan, Ronnie Bailey and Ricky Bailey (Becky). Also surviving Troy are five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service with Reverend Barry Gouge officiating. Interment will follow the service at Cherry Springs Memorial Park in Old Fort. The family will receive from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
