James Robert Hause Jr., age 65, of Smyrna, died Sunday, September 10, 2017. James was retired from the City of Smyrna as a Mechanic. Mr. Hause is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Austell, and a former member and Deacon at Norton Park Baptist Church in Smyrna.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Robert Hause Sr. and mother, Georgia Harrelson Hause.
Surviving is his son, Brandon Hause of Dallas; daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and Mitchell Adkins of Newnan; brother and sister in law, Mark and Penny Hause of Douglasville; grandchildren, Madalynne, Joycelyn, and Lyman Adkins, Jaime Hause; nieces, Courtney Hause and Ashley Sumner; and nephew Adam Sumner.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Thursday, September 14, 2017, in the chapel of Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna with Reverend Larry Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery in Smyrna. Serving as pallbearers for Mr. Hause are Adam Sumner, Glenn Easterwood, Chris Lunsford, Roger Smith, Edward Jeffares, and Mark Phillips.
