Aigner, Martha Jane Loving, 91, of Mechaniscville, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin C. Moore; and sister, Ollie L. Wade. Martha is survived by her son, Lawrence O. Bowen. Jr. (Robin); daughters, Lauren B. Leahey (Garrett) and Janet A. Herrmann (Mark); granddaughters, Melinda, Leslie, Brittany, Alisa and Alyona; grandson, David; 7 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Herbert L. “Junie “ Loving; niece, Karen Bloomfield and her family of Newport, N. C,; as well as other extended family. Martha was born on Pole Green Road, a graduate of Battlefield High School, and Pan American Business College. She was a former receptionist for Richmond Nephrology Associates and Mid Atlantic Trailer Sales. She had also been a volunteer on Thursday mornings at the main information desk at Memorial Regional Hospital since its opening in 1998. The family received friends 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at the Mechaniscville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd., with services beginning at 2 p.m. Interment followed in Signal Hill Memorial Park.
