Donald R. Allen, 81, of Sterling Heights, died Thursday, June 7, 2007. He was born Oct. 20, 1925, in Marion, Ohio.
Mr. Allen worked as resource manager director with TACOM. He retired in 1986. He served in the Army during World War II, retiring as a major.
He is survived by his wife, Joann; children, Cheri, Brian and Karen (Kenneth) Wrobel; and grandchildren, Rachelle Watkins, and Nathan and Evan Wrobel.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, 36900 Schoenherr in Sterling Heights. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday. Burial is at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
