Doris Marie Mize, 87, of New Caney went to be with her Lord Thursday, March 14, 2019. She was born Friday, November 20, 1931 to Elmer and Barbara Boesch. Doris is preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.C. Mize; children, Marie DeGeorge, Stephanie Brummett, Micheal Luck. She is survived by her children, Elmer Luck and wife Jeannette, Jack Luck and wife Shelly, Peanut San Miguel and husband Henry, Laura Luck, Kay DeGeorge, Kenny Luck, James Mize and wife Angel; 33 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. A visitation will be Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Porter from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be 12:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2019 at Rosewood Memorial Park North. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park North in Porter, Texas.
