Kandi Blythe passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2019 at Virginia Mason Memorial Hospital with her father and brother by her side. Kandi was born July 1, 1976 in Yakima to Richard and Linda Kane. She attended school in East Valley. She moved to Indiana when she was in high school to be with her mother. She returned to Yakima in 2010. Kandi was employed by the state of Washington working for SOLA with Developmental Disability clients. Kandi is survived by her father Richard Kane, her brother Richard Kane Jr., two daughters, Katie Rodriguez and Lillee Blythe, her granddaughter Falon Rodriguez, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother Linda Kane, her brother Kenny Kane, and her beloved son Jose Rodriguez Jr. Kandi enjoyed working with the developmental disabled clients at SOLA. She had many friends and will be missed. A Visitation Service will be held at Langevin El Paraiso, 1010 W. Yakima Avenue on Friday, March 15,2019 from 4 pm to 8 pm. Graveside service will be at Calvary Cemetery on Thursday March 21, 2019 at 10 am.
