N.C. was the son of the late John Newkirk Huggins Sr. and is survived by his mother Nora M (Ward) Huggins. He is also survived by his sisters, Imogene Britt and her husband Robert, of Florence, SC; Gresta Newton and her husband, Tommy, of Myrtle Beach, SC; and brothers, Anton Huggins of Conway, SC; and Horace Huggins of Myrtle Beach, SC. He will be laid to rest in the Southern Palms Memorial Gardens, in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
