Mr.Kelly was born Feb. 5, 1932 in Elliott County, a son of Mary JaneBrickey Kelly Moore of Isonville and the late Oscar Kelly. He is aretired backhoe operator and a Korean War Army veteran. Surviving inaddition to his mother are a stepfather, Scott Moore of Isonville; twosons, Tony Kelly of Fairborn and Timothy Kelly; address unknown; threedaughters, Sherry Garrison of Fairborn, Cynthia Lemasters ofAnchorage, Alaska, and Deletha Stevens of Isonville; three sisters,Ethel Kelly of Fairborn, Ruth Ann Stevens of Isonville and VirginiaLaney of Sandy Hook; two brothers, George W. Kelly of Fairborn andOscar Kelly Jr. of Inez; and six grandchildren. The funeral wasconducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Lewis & FergusonFuneral Home in Sandy Hook by Rev.
