Elmer Kelly, 56, of Fairborn, Ohio, formerly of Elliott County diedThursday, Sept. 8, in Green Memorial Hospital at Xenia, Ohio. Mr.Kelly was born Feb. 5, 1932 in Elliott County, a son of Mary JaneBrickey Kelly Moore of Isonville and the late Oscar Kelly. He is aretired backhoe operator and a Korean War Army veteran. Surviving inaddition to his mother are a stepfather, Scott Moore of Isonville; twosons, Tony Kelly of Fairborn and Timothy Kelly; address unknown; threedaughters, Sherry Garrison of Fairborn, Cynthia Lemasters ofAnchorage, Alaska, and Deletha Stevens of Isonville; three sisters,Ethel Kelly of Fairborn, Ruth Ann Stevens of Isonville and VirginiaLaney of Sandy Hook; two brothers, George W. Kelly of Fairborn andOscar Kelly Jr. of Inez; and six grandchildren. The funeral wasconducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Lewis & FergusonFuneral Home in Sandy Hook by Rev. Clavis Adkins and Rev. Billy T.Rice. Burial was in the Kelly Cemetery at Isonville. Pallbearers wereKeith Kelly, Ronnie Kelly, Roger Kelly, Russell Kelly, Randall Laneyand Brian Laney.
