He married Kathryn Agnes Burke (1905-1986) November 24, 1928 in Manhattan, New York. Together they had a daughter Barbara Lee Ann Almazan. He applied for naturalization in New York in 1924 with his occupation listed as a painter. He passed counterfeit $20 bills in Texas, was arrested, sent to prison then deported back to Mexico in 1938. His death certificate lists Kathryn Burke as his wife so I assume he didn't remarry.
