My beloved mother at last reunited with the love of her life. There are no words to describe my mother, and how we kids felt about her. Born in London, England in 1939 she survived the Blitz and grew up in humble surroundings in a large working class family. She met my father while he was stationed in England and married him and emigrated to the US. Though proud of her heritage, my mother was fiercely proud to have become an American citizen who cherished the opportunities this country gave her children and grand children. We love and miss you Mom.
