Cathy was a beautiful child & woman. She often skipped school to go Horseback riding. She fell I love with Bill Beard. Her mother did not approve of the match so she was sent away for a year. Upon returning, she found Bill & they married 1966. They had 4 children. They separated 1982, and Cathy was lost without him. In 1984 she was struck by car leaving her Brain Damaged, but she never forgot her love. Years later, while living alone in Hagerstown Md, she was brutally beaten with a hammer in a Home Invasion. Her wounds caused great damage. She died of a Stroke. Her Last Wishes to her children were to be cremated at the same location as her husband’s & that their ashes be mixed together.
