Born in Summit, N.J., Lucille lived in Roselle, N.J., and resided in Union for 65 years. She graduated from Summit High School, College of Saint Elizabeth, and had a master's degree from Seton Hall University in personnel and guidance. She taught school in Union for 36 years: science and social studies at Franklin School and Kawameeh Jr. High, biology at Union High, and was a guidance counselor at Burnet Jr. High. Lucille was predeceased by her husband, Martin Adams. She is survived by stepsons, Gregory and Gary Adams; cousins; nephews, Albert and Joseph Pinnelli, many wonderful neighbors, friends, and thousands of children who benefited from her teaching and guidance.
