Bonnie (Faver) Hawkins provided the following information:
Willie and Tollie started out in Fluvanna where she taught school. Tollie led a prayer at the Faver Reunion near Newport Cemetery. They loved to dance and frequently attended the country dances.

From Fluvanna Willie and Tollie moved to Snyder. Willie and Maggie's husband’s were brothers who lived across the street from each other. Bonnie's grandfather ran to his brother's house when he found his wife, Maggie, dying on the front porch. He called through the open window in the early morning hours for Tollie and Willie to help him. Maggie had a heart attack later that day or evening. Bonnie and her family were at the funeral home for Willie’s viewing when word came that Maggie had died."
