Carol Ann Rheaume Frischknecht was born April 7, 1942 in Haverhill, Massachusetts to Clarence Armand Alexander Rheaume and Wilma Francis Bailey. Carol attended West Miami Junior High. She graduated from Pasadena High School in 1960. She was on the Girl's Athletic's Association Board, played badminton, baseball and volleyball. She graduated from Pasadena City College with a major in physical education. She was a member of the Women's Athletic Association. Carol worked for London Riding Stores and CIGNA Health Insurance company. She married Harold "Hap" Frischknecht October 13, 1986 in Maui, Hawaii. She and Hap volunteered with the Pasadena Humane Society and other local animal rescue organizations. Carol was a big fan of USC Trojan football. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Wayne Joseph Rheaume, sisters, Lucille Dennehy Maynard, Maureen Dennehy and Sarah Marie Rheaume Tedeschi. She is survived by her sisters, Marcella Rheaume Garcia, Janet de Kok, husband, Harold "Hap" Frischknecht with whom she would have been married for 32 years on October 13. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and her beloved animals.
